You will receive your custom made programming via our smart phone app every week. The app can track your lift progression and query your stress / energy / sleep etc before each workout. Your exercise program will be designed specifically for you - based on your needs, goals, injuries and orthopaedic profile. We can program as many days per week as you would like to do. We ask that you do video any exercises that you are having difficulty with for your coach to review so that your form can improve.
You will also receive a weekly video coaching call to help you with changes to your lifestyle, mindset and nutrition. These calls are all about giving you the support you need - to shift your expectations and make the changes to get more out of life.
Members of the In-house Fitness coaching community also get together for regular group trail runs, mini obstacle course challenges and social lunches / dinners. If you live locally to the studio, you will have access to these events as well.
