This is our premium package with the highest level of support for improving strength and health (both physically and mentally).
Our studio has been designed with privacy as one of our primary elements. Private Coaching means it will be just you with your coach.
No crowds, no distractions, no waiting for equipment, no judging eyes or anxiety. Your very own private gym!
Three times per week, you will work with your coach in 1 hour sessions conducted in our private studio.
Your exercise program will be designed specifically for you - based on your needs, goals, injuries and orthopaedic profile. All of your programming will be provided to you via a smartphone app that can track your lift progression and query your stress / energy / sleep etc before each workout. You will also receive a weekly video coaching call to help you with changes to your lifestyle, mindset and nutrition.
These calls are all about giving you the support you need - to shift your expectations and make the changes to get more out of life.
It is quite common for people to experience anxiety when it comes to going to a gym. On days where you really feel like not training, this can be an excuse not to go. Private Coaching is perfect for anyone that has ever felt uncomfortable in a large commercial gym but wants to make big changes to their health and fitness. We have created a space where you can get comfortable doing the uncomfortable work needed for change. You will get a high level of support that keeps you on track to get you to where you want to be.
Members of the In-house Fitness coaching community also get together for regular group trail runs, mini obstacle course challenges and social lunches / dinners.
Private Coaching is also perfect for couples (or same household families) that want to receive that extra level of care whilst supporting each other's goals
This is the next level down from the Private Coaching package. The focus is on a small group environment that aids in bringing extra support through community. We as humans enjoy lifting each other up and making others feel better - this in turn makes us feel better as well.
Semi-private coaching is not to be confused with group training. Each individual will still work through their own customised program in each session. Privacy is still a key element here. The max amount of clients in a semi-private session is 3.
Three times per week, you will work through your custom made program alongside two other people in our private studio. Every week, your coach will spend one of those three sessions focused on you. For the other two sessions, you can rely on the other members in the group for support and encouragement but your coach won't be far away if you need a hand. If you enjoy social aspects of exercise, this will be perfect for you. The energy in the room during semi-private sessions is often quite high. This is a great way to get the most of your program and hit a new PB. We have created a space where you can get comfortable doing the uncomfortable work needed for change. You will get a high level of support from your coach and others in the group that keeps you on track to get you to where you want to be.
This is our most flexible coaching package - designed around your time table and budget. It is a mixture of Private Coaching, Semi-private Coaching & Online Coaching.
For example, you may want to receive 1 x Private Coaching session, 1 x Semi-private Coaching session and 2 x Online Coaching sessions in a week.
We aim to give you a high level of support for your goals via video chat, phone, email and text message.

Regardless, you will receive your custom made programming via our smart phone app every week. The app can track your lift progression and query your stress / energy / sleep etc before each workout. Your exercise program will be designed specifically for you - based on your needs, goals, injuries and orthopaedic profile. We can program as many days per week as you would like to do. If you are training outside of our studio (at the gym or at home) we ask that you video any exercises that you are having difficulty with for your coach to review so that your form can improve.

If you can't make it to all of the designated time slots for Private / Semi-Private sessions but still want the benefits, Hybrid Coaching might be for you. We will try to find the best fit for you in terms of when to train - either in person with us, using your gym membership or at home. This way you will still receive top level support face to face with a coach.
Let us know what kind of equipment (if any!) you have access to and we can customise your program based on what is available to you. If working out at home without any equipment, we recommend purchasing a few inexpensive items to help you increase the resistance in your workouts.
